| How did you first get involved in swimming? |
| Started off with lessons at Leominster pool, then Kingfisher SC at Leominster. |
| What do you like about it? |
| Helps you meet new people at the competitions, it opens new doors i.e being selected for swim camps with british talent, and it is the best form of discipline for the rest of your life. |
| What is your best/favourite stroke? |
| Freestyle any distance but 100m is probably my best and favourite. |
| Where do you train/which club(s) do you swim for? |
| Train at Ludlow and Lucton and swim for Ludlow SC. |
| What role has Ludlow SC played in your swimming career? |
| I wouldn't be where i am now if it wasn't for them. All the coaches have been great to me, especially Dave and Tony. |
| Your greatest swimming achievement so far? |
| Gaining my 1st national qualifying time while only training 6hrs a week in 2007 . |
| What about your worst swimming moment? |
| Breaking my collar bone weeks before the Midland Championships in 2006. |
